Our Confidentiality Commitment
Last updated 17 Oct 2026
Effective from: 11 October 2026
Your deals, contacts, notes and documents (together, "your content") are your firm's business, not ours. This is how we treat them.
We keep your content confidential. We do not sell it or rent it, and we do not use it to show advertising. We do not use it to train AI models.
We do not share it outside your firm, with these honest exceptions. To run Nirvest Lens we rely on service providers for hosting, email and calendar connection, and AI processing. They handle your content only to help us provide the service to you, under contracts that require them to protect it. The kinds of provider we use are listed in the "Who we share information with" section of our Privacy Policy, and we will give you the current names on request. We may also disclose information where the law, a court order or a lawful government request requires it. If Nirvest is ever merged or acquired, your content would stay subject to our Privacy Policy.
Inside Nirvest, our staff console has no screen that shows your content. It shows accounts, statuses, counts and billing, and the messages, bug reports (including any screenshots) and form answers that you choose to send us. To help with a support request, a staff member can open support mode on one workspace: it needs a written reason, lasts at most 60 minutes, is logged, and adds only fixed summaries such as activity and notification counts, background job statuses, mailbox sync status, and members with their roles. It never shows your emails, documents or notes. Separately from the console, the people who maintain Nirvest Lens can reach the underlying database in order to keep the service running.
This Commitment works alongside Section 19 of our Terms and Conditions and does not contradict it.
We hold ourselves to this because your trust is the product. If you think we have fallen short, tell us at support@nirvestlens.com.
